Peppermint Hot Cocoa

One dozen of our Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cookies.
It's beginning to look a lot like...hot cocoa season!!!  Why not make it into a cookie?  Caramelized brown butter, Belgian chocolate chips- both semi sweet and white.  Add along some peppermint extract and topped with freshly crushed peppermint candy canes, and Santa will thank you for the best cookie of his long night.  That is...if you leave any for him.
