SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Where Do We Ship?
We ship our Cookie Gift Boxes within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska, excluding Puerto Rico). 2-day ground shipping is available for the following states: California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona. To ensure your cookies arrive in the freshest condition, we require that orders shipping beyond the southwestern United States use express shipping (3-day, 2-day or overnight). Due to the perishable nature of cookies, we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.
General Shipping Guidelines
States not surrounding California have a choice of UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 day or 3 Day air.
California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada have a choice of UPS Ground 1-2 days or Next Day air.
UPS Ground (California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada): Orders must be received before Wednesday at 12pm/PST or
Thursday at 12pm/PST if in range for 1 Day.
UPS 2 Day: Orders must be received before Wednesday at 12pm/PST
UPS 3 Day: Orders must be received before Tuesday at 12pm/PST
UPS Next Day: Orders must be received before Thursday 12pm/PST
For Next Day orders with a Tuesday delivery the cutoff time is Monday at 12pm/PST
All orders will be shipped the following Monday for orders placed outside these guidelines so your cookies don't sit in a dark warehouse over the weekend.

Gifting Page. If an order is placed online for more than 6 boxes we will contact you regarding shipping rates.

Can I Get My Order Delivered?
We can deliver in Los Angeles to select areas within our delivery range in the Los Angeles area.
When do You Ship?
We deliver our shipped cookies via UPS Tuesdays through Fridays. Please note, we do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit over a weekend. That means that, for some destinations, if you order on Thursday and select ground or two-day shipping, your delivery will be sent the following Monday.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so you’ll need to use the street address of a post office if that’s the only way your recipient can get their mail.
What if the Recipient is not Available to Take the Delivery?
Please note that we ship all our orders with a signature required at shipping, so we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of UPS whether your package will be left without a signature. If signature is waived, Uzzi's Cookies cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. If UPS cannot deliver on the date selected, they will reattempt the next day available. UPS reattempts unsuccessful Friday deliveries on Monday, but if you're within 150 miles of our Los Angeles ovens, UPS will reattempt unsuccessful Friday deliveries on Saturday. Please plan accordingly, our goal is for all cookies to arrive as fresh as possible!
For freshness, we bake cookies daily and try to minimize the time cookies are in transit to 1-3 days. While we do our best to deliver your order on the date you select, UPS is currently experiencing nationwide shipping delays. There may be a time in which your Friday delivery gets delayed until Monday, due to UPS weather or operations delays. During peak holidays such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, we encourage customers to select a date 1-2 days before desired delivery to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday.
How Much will Shipping Cost?
All shipping options for your delivery address are displayed at checkout, along with exact prices that will be dependent upon where you are ordering from. As well as your delivery choice.

How do I Place Orders Shipping to Multiple Addresses?
At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time.
If you have a big list (7 or more), we’re happy to help streamline the process.
Where is My Order?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order ships. The shipping confirmation email will include the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add to your safe senders list.
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
