Strawberries n' Cream

One Dozen of our Strawberries and Cream cookies. When our "I don't like fruit desserts" friend asked for more of these cookies we knew we were on to something. These beauties are loaded with strawberries and creamy Belgian white chocolate chips in a vanilla bean flecked dough. Topped with buttery streusel crumble. It's a Strawberry Fever Dream in a cookie!
